Have you ever felt like you were going to pull your hear out or lose your mind while getting the kids off to school, during homework time, making dinner, or getting the kids to bed?! Then to top it off, when you finally have some “me time” you feel bad for not being more patient, calm, and loving with your family and yourself?

Well, you’re not alone, and this course was designed for you!

Learn how to ease your stress, calm your nerves, enjoy your family, know that you are not alone, and find your place of peace with simple practices of Mindfulness & Self-compassion.

In this course parents/caregivers will learn:

  • The basics of Mindfulness & Self-Compassion
  • How to lessen the stress and reactivity around challenging family routines
  • How to lessen the self-critical voice and cultivate a more compassionate voice
  • How to have a more connected, caring, and peaceful home
